Final Sale Policy

Due to the nature of our products being material samples, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for samples once the order has been processed and shipped.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the sample is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@dosooz.com with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a sample for the same item due to shipping damage, send us an email at info@dosooz.com.
