Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All sample orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Options To ensure your samples arrive in pristine condition, all DOSOOZ orders ship via FedEx Express directly from our office at 34390 Gateway Drive, Palm Desert, California.

At checkout, you will be able to choose from three FedEx Express service levels based on your delivery timeline. Shipping costs are calculated automatically by FedEx at checkout based on your exact shipping address and the weight of your samples.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please note that deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may experience slightly longer transit times.

International Shipping At this time, we do not accept international orders and do not ship outside of the United States.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available in the FedEx system.

Damages During Transit We pack our samples carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@dosooz.com with your order number and clear photos of the item's condition and the exterior packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work with FedEx to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
