Shipping & Returns
To ensure your samples arrive in pristine condition, all DOSOOZ orders ship via FedEx Express directly from our office at 34390 Gateway Drive, Palm Desert, California. At checkout, you'll be able to choose from three FedEx Express service levels based on your delivery timeline, with shipping costs calculated by FedEx based on your address.
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Because samples are produced and prepared individually for each order, all sample sales are final and non-refundable. However, if your sample arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@dosooz.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll promptly send a replacement at no additional cost.
